Farm Journal- April '24
The blueberry plants have fully emerged from their winter dormancy. The amber color on the branches is noticeable across the field. Buds are also quite apparent on their tips.
The excavation work by the "rafters" of turkeys has ceased, no doubt they are attending to their broods. The weeds have taken their place in the rows, darning some of the holes.
The plants look healthy enough with all they have endured and all the rain is good for their growth.
