Farm Journal- May
As we enter the month of May blue skies alternate with grey, sun with rain, warmth with cold- so it goes in spring.
We are still out in the field pruning which should take us the month to complete. Other tasks are at hand as well. Our entomologist has found the first signs of Winter Moth so we will have to stay a step ahead of them. Wild Turkeys are about a bit of spring mischief in the rows as well, strange goings on, mating rituals perhaps?
The plants seem happy no matter what and if they are how can we be otherwise.
