1 Qt. Blueberries
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbl. Butter
2 Tbl. Flour- heaping
1 9” Pie Shell- try a prepared Graham Cracker Crust
Melt butter in pan. Mix flour & sugar together and add to half of the berries (2c). Cook in butter in pan until thickened. Cool. Pour over remaining raw berries (2c) in pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. (Thanks Leslie for your Mom's recipe!)
