Farm Journal- December
Whenever we walk in the field we feel comforted by what we see. No matter what happens in the world the blueberries are a constant.
The crimson color of the winter canes are a beautiful sight to behold against the old silver gray bark, row upon stately row. They lend their blaze of color to dried wildflowers in the meadow.
The plants have entered their dormancy and all are mulched for the months ahead. Every day landscapers add their leaves to next year's mulch pile. There is constancy in our lives too.
